Accel throttle linkage question

I noticed today when looking over things getting ready to install them that my accel throttle body has the wrong linkage on it for my type of throttle cable in my car. How do I get around this? I will snap some pics if necessary tomorrow.

Re: Accel throttle linkage question

Assume your new TB has the stud style connection?
Use a cable from a earlier 3rd Gen that has the right hookup

85-88 TB on left

Exactly.
Damn, I was hoping I wouldn't have to find another cable and install it.

Had a thought
Lokar make this to adapt any cable to carb type stud mounting http://www.summitracing.com/parts/LOK-S-1034/
Could cut the end off your late cable and use this to adapt
