MAF too restricting?

This summer, i plan on doing some upgrades to my tpi which include a new intake manifold, runners, custum ram air induction and 52mm TB

My question is this: ive heard that the MAF can be too restrctive on tpi cars and it wont matter if you have upgraded runners, ect...

I did a search and didnt find anything, maybe i searched wrong, but is there a way to have the MAF flow better or are there aftermarket ones available?

-Thanks

this link is not the one I was thinking of, but they can modify your MAF

Re: MAF too restricting?

I read alot of the info that you posted and think that my best bet would be to just buy a new higher flowing MAF with all the upgrades i plan on doing.

But i still want to ask, do you think a new higher flowing performance MAF would benefit for what i have planned for the summer? I allready have full headers and exhaust, and plus i want to do all the things i posted in the OP.
