350 tpi, re......build, and others, and questions
I have a 89 formula 350,... the stock motor was pulled and replace with an old style hydralic flat tappet, motor. Now bout 6 months ago i rebuilt it,.. reconditioned rods, new crank, pistons, rings exct. Heads are stock old style no porting, stock tuned port set up with 24lb inj. The car is a dog. I dont get it, seem like outta first it has something but it hits second and it is done. Now i am gonna be redueing somestuff and am looking for suggestions, i enjoy manuals. So i am gonna swap the 700r4 in favor for a t5. The heads i am gonna get milled, and ported, and valves, springs. The stock intake is gonna be ported, and the runners port matched. new throttle body, and long tubes. i am gonna put a ford 9inch with 3:55 so what do you guys think? and a new cam, retro fit roller. but wondering what you guys think? what should i expect? 250horses? 300? what i am sick of puttin money into it. i am gonna swap to t5 regarless. but i am wanting some more power as well but if these arent gonna do anything to woot bout then all i will do is t5. any suggestions would be awesome! thanks ya guys

You need a custom tune... TPI 350 I believe calls for 22lb injectors... your secondary ignition, have you upgraded?
