fuel leaking out vaccum port

Engine: 305 tpi
Transmission: MM5
Axle/Gears: 3.45 g92
fuel leaking out vaccum port

installed new diaphram and BBK adjustable cover..now leaking out vaccum port..what does that mean?

the diaphram isnt seated correctly and fuel is leaking by it or you torn the diaphram take it back out and recheck it

I pulled it back apart.The diaphram was loose or torn in the middle.I had to order a new one. Sad thing was I got the diaphram a week ago from hawks third gen and it broke.My back is cursing me..lol
