Any trouble codes? Is the SES light on? Sorry that you spent all that money. Maby there is not enough spark? Any colorful exaust? Does it happen when cold or hot? Any smell of fuel? Pull out your spark plugs and check the gap. It should be .035. Try this. While cranking the Camaro, Slowly press on the gas pedal until it bottoms out. If it doesnt start, then check the timing. Timing chain may be stretched out. The plug wires may be bad. The distributor may be going bad (ESC Module, pick-up coil or even the coil. Since you done everything possible with the fuel system, move on to the ignition system. Look at it this way, your fuel system is now up to date.
Let me know what your results.
