can some one tell me if thay are any good found a set for sale

Engine: All 5.7's

Transmission: 700R4 (Roessler)/ZF6

Axle/Gears: 10 bolt Zexel 3.23's. CTW 17" wheel

Not sure Brother, I'm tearing mine done for porting and rebuild. Supposedly they respond well to a little port work.
