hey guys I have some questions i got an 350 off an 86 vette will it bolt up to my tpi off an 87 firebird with centerbolts heads I think they said it was off an cross fire so my q's is will the 87 intake bolt up. i have an 86 intake to will that work ? i have an 87 roller block why aren't more iroc running these is it the heads or egr let me thanks for any help

 

The 87 intake will work wiith modification to the center bolt holes. If the 86 intake is from a TPI just use that with the rest of your parts. An 86 vette should be TPI and it coud have aluminum or iron heads.
If the intake is from a Crossfire inj vette it would be an 82 or 84 and that intake will not work with TPI.

I'm not sure about the iron heads, but the aluminum vette heads do not have an EGR passage. You will either have to run a pipe from the exhaust manifold or header to the intake, or eliminate EGR from the chip(PROM).

 

yes it's irons heads but i only find info about the aluminum heads whats the hp output between them thanks for the info and about the egr is there a thread on this thanks
