I am trying to figure out where the clear pin block on the TBI harness goes.

Several of the large pin block wires are connected to this block but what is it and where is the other end inside the car? I can't find a wiring diagram that has it.

If it looks like the one on the right, its the C207 located near the ECM. Only clear connector I know of

Only GM diagrams will show it, so service manual/AllData are your best bets
