Maf to sd tpi

When changing from Maf to SD, what sensors "have to be" connected for the motor to run. I just want to quickly make sure the motor will at least try to start. I have the 730 ecm, and a speed density harness. There just seems to be a few connections, for smog pump, diverter valves and stuff that could be left out temporary just to see if the motors OK.
Any help would be appreciated.

The car is an 87 Vette, not my 82 Z28.

Ok, thanks. Now there's a place in the repinning thread that I dont understand completely. Its the part about the distributer. I have a 730 ecm and a aftermarket sd harness. What do I do for the module wires. Can someone explain this to me please.

If you have a SD harness and a SD computer should not have to change any thing.

IIRC;
the repining is if converting from '165 MAF computer ( and harness ) to '730 MAP because of the different spark control method used
