No start/runs on ether issues...

Ladies and gents, I'm new to the forum, but have been cruising around it troublshooting a variety of issues in a 1986 IROC 5.7 car that sat for eight years and then ended up in my hands. It was doing all kinds of crap...no spark, then no fuel pressure, then no injector pulse, etc. etc. It has a Code Pro1000 alarm system thats been butchered but still has its dirty fingers in the mix...so fast forward to today-I followed all the various possible solutions that I had found searching, and got as far as installing a new fuel pump/sender and line assembly, pump relay, and STILL had no fuel...even with injector pulse. Turns out a few taps on each injector freed up the pintles and walla- shes running. Tuned the injection, and with the complete tune up including ICM runs excellent. Two issues, one is one injector is fluttereing/clattering...will be replaced along with the others; the second one is what is interesting - old TPS adjusted to .560 rolls steady up to 3.224 volts and then goes "OL" at about 3/4 throttle..Bad TPS, right? New TPS adjusted to .560, goes steady right up to 3.220 volts and "OL" again! Its at about 3/4 throttle position that it happens, but I think its an electrical issue because of the voltage cut out level is identical with two different TPS's and two different adjustments. Whachu all tink?
