Overheating 350 TPI

Axle/Gears: 3.73 10bolt GM
Overheating 350 TPI

Hello,

My friend has a 350 TPI (AT) which overheats when You go faster then 60 mph and it is highway drive, when doing burn-out's, fast driving or racing every thing is ok, any idea what to check ??

Does it still have the airdam underneath to direct air upwards? Sometimes they get ripped off on bumps, or deformed/broke.
