5.0 TPI S. Density IAC CLICKING NOISE when jumped A-B

hi everyone,

i have swapped long time ago in my S10 4x4 a 5.0 TPI V8 it was not s-d but i bought a harness with S-D now the iac is clicking when the aldl is jumped
i have problems ajusting my base timing..

the motor sat for a while outside when i restarted it about 4 years...
i changed the pump+ a new fuel filter + a knock sensor for the S-D as it was recommended by the harness manifacturer
with the timing advanced a lot and not jumped the engine was starting nice but when the truck is in drive it had a tendency to stall

tomorow im gonna plug a GM Tech1 onto it just to check the data

if anyone already had this problem
please help me this would be apreciated a lot
Phil

The clicking iac is what it should do when the aldl is jumped,
the pindel in the aic is bottoming out like it should

the engine isnt changing sound for base timing like a tbi engine? when aldl is jumped ?
and for setting the base timing just jump aldl? a-b ? or disconnect one wire somewhere..
im running a 1227727 ECM
