ok i was replacing my sparkplugs today(witch i did wit a socket wrench and swivel also i didnt have to jack up the 87 camaro...yay me...lol) anyways on the drivers side i found this and idk what it goes to but my engine isnt throwin any codes check 3 times

see the unpluged thing and that orange clip is the oil pressure sensor
and on the passengers side from lookin under the car between the 3rd and 4th spark plug is this

idk what either of these things are so plz help me might be the whole reason for the chugging at low speeds that i couldnt figure out and this is off of my 87 irocz28 wit the 305 tpi

 

The last thing is the passenger side fan switch, assuming you have dual fans?

As for the other, could be multiple things. Is your car an automatic or manual?

 

The first connector under the plenum. Cold start switch perhaps?

 

yes i do have dual fans and it might be the reason why only one fan turns on auto and the other only turns on when i squeze the switch to the left of the fans and its a automatic

Not having the cold start switch won't cause a code, neither will the disconnected fan switch. I'm assuming the cold start injector has been deleted. It was deleted form original production in 89 as I remember. If the connector under the plenum has one tan wire and one purple wire, it's most certainly to the cold start switch.

 

yea idont know what the connector on the left is and the fan switch i think the connector is broken

 

The fan switch takes the same connector as the knock sensor. GM knock sensors used that same connector for years, on several different models. You might find on in the wrecking yard or, perhaps, at your local parts store as a repair connector. Standard Motor Products makes a wide range of repair connectors.
