its not really cheating but people will have different opinions... im not saying im right because there is no right answer.....but in my eyes and to me its cheating and a punk way to win.... if you HAVE to hide it so the other person cant see it, then yeah its kind of cheating given the impression that your car is slower than it really is and its just a really punk way of winning a race.. most people only use it when they start to loose the edge anyway at least from all the people ive seen down here... the power isnt there with you at all times and if thats the only way for you to all of a sudden catch up and beat someone then to me i consider it cheating.. i think of it like sterioids it gives you an underfair advantage for a small period of time instead of working at it you pop a pill and instantly become more powerful where people spend time training and working out to achieve the same goals.. i mean if you really re read some of his posts and here how he sounds boasting about nos this and i was off the bottle that, you tell me

Well with the right nitrous motor, they still are powerful on motor alone Most motors made for supercharging/turbocharging wouldnt be near as strong without the boost. My motor is one of those. If I blow a coupler off the intake piping and loose boost, its an absolute DOG. It feels like a 14 sec car.....

thats what its for...a good laugh....jeese....also no I dont pick all the fights just who ever wants to run and I was undefeated...my car runs damn good.

(no joke) i mean if you read some of the things you wrote you really sound childish......
never said it was fast, even with the spray. I just like to have fun and run.

juice is not cheaten unless you -start to noticeable loose- then hit it

Nobody said anything about being a better driver...

Lol no Im not your daddy. I raise my kids with more common sense. It's called being a responsible adult and not putting other peoples life at risk just to win a race.

Re: HOW much could I expect from this lil tpi build

The way i see it i would rather have a turbo or a supercharged car then a nitrous car
turbo/supercharged = power all the time
nitrous car= power when you hit the button and just like 88fastgta said when you run out your back to a 260whp car if that and then you get spanked by all the turbo 4 cyl but thats my 2 cents

I'm an adult, I run them on the road. It's called the right place and the right time. Maybe in more populated areas, it is far too dangerous. However, I live in a town with a population below 400. Worst case scenario, a deer runs out in front of me. That causes big damage at any speed, even 50 MPH. The highway I like to run on has nothing but trees on either side.

Here's an example.

Roughly 80 to 130 something run. Would have finished 5th and grabbed 6th but I was such a responsible person and got back down to about the speed limit for the school bus at the end, even though that was like 6:10 in the morning and there were no kids around.

I agree. He can do whatever he wants with his car, but I know my daily driver has a 6 speed and a Vortech waiting to be installed. One time being beat by a worked up SR20 turbo in a little 240SX was enough.

Right time and place is 1 thing. But judging by the some of the sheer ignorance I've seen in his post I can see him zipping through traffic to win or chase down a car to race.

Right place right time? According to WHO? ...how many people engaged in a street race while thinking is was the WRONG place at the WRONG time?!?! I understand what you're saying, but it's THAT statement precisely that kills people. You can't possibly predict every possible outcome everytime you race.

I know a lot of people do it, but it's your attempt to defend it that's killin' me. And I know you honestly don't see the harm, which is what is so frustrating.

Re: HOW much could I expect from this lil tpi build

Around here the only real right time and place is the track. But I guess if you know an abandoned back road with no traffic ever and no kids/peds for miles... though I doubt any road like that would be in any good condition for traction lol.

we have long 4 wide lanes in the boonies that are perfect for running....all though...alil to perfect if you ask me. No turn in lanes, no house, trees, people, dumb cops, pot holes, nothing....just 4 fat and wide lanes with -plenty- of shut down space...even for stock thirdgen brakes.
