350 TPI build up suggestions?

Hi all, I am going to be building a 350 tpi engine for an 88 GTA and I wanted to get some opinions on what I am planning to use and perhaps some suggestions on things to do differently. I want something that has some serious wheel spinning power but will not be taking this to the track so probably low-mid range power is more important to me I also dont want to make the thing bad on gas either. Stock I read is about 24mpg highway. Would like to be able to get at least 22mpg if I am taking it easy. I will be hooking this up to a t56. This is my first stab at a TPI engine so my only knowledge of it is what I have read on this site which has been very helpfull so far.

Here is what I am thinking of going with:
-350 roller cam block 4 bolt mains with one piece main seal bored .03 over
-AFR0919 heads with 180cc runner and 65cc chamber
-flat top hyperutectic pistons
-reuse stock connecting rods
-summit g6905 1.5 ratio roller rockers
-zz4 cam
-1-5/8 shorty headders
-stock injectors
-New crank (should I go forged or wil cast do?)
For the intake I could use some good advice. Not sure If I should go with high flow runners (thinking SLP) and a high flow base(open to suggestion on brand) or just the go with the runners and port the base as much as I can. Dont mind spending the extra if I am going to get something out of it but if it is 5 HP or something then would probably not bother.
Would I gaing much out of upgrading the throttle body to a larger one?

I figure this is going to cost me around $4500 which is about the same price as a ZZ4 crate but this way I will get better heads that will also allow me to keep the stock EGR setup from what I hear.
