Sensors in heads

I have a 87 L98 motor im building. There is supposed to a sensor in each head I can see. What are those sensors?

Part numbers?

Part numbers?
One is the sending unit for your temp-gauge on the dash.
The other is usually a temp switch for your electric cooling fan.

AFAIK any GM replacements for 1980's models that will fit in the hole should work fine.
