Chip Cam Combo

I'm building up a '91 Copo Camaro with a mildly modified 350 TPI. I'm not doing much, pistons from Sealed Power their new product on a stock unit, the heads are stock double-humps with 1.94/1.5 valve, and I'm gonna do a port and polish on the intake, runners, and pendulum . What chip and cam should i run?

Chips are programmed for specific vehicle combinations, based on data collected from datalogging the running engine.
Without the feed-back data, AND the baseline calibration, any success with a pre-programmed or generic chip is pure luck.

Your best bet is to find a tuner that is local to you, let him look your car over, and then consult with him about a good cam selection.

If you still want any sort of useful information from here, then you need to provide much more information about your vehicle, and what particular ECM and mask you are running. Advice from here isn't going to take the place of having a local chip tuner, but it may give you some ideas to get you in the ballpark.

edit: also you are asking what you should run, but not saying what you're trying to do or what you want as far as performance from your vehicle.

Okay, here it is 1991 B4C Camaro 5.7L TPI 245 hp @ 4400 rpm 345 ft/lb @ 3200rpm TH700-R4 and the rear axle ratio is 3.23 What i want to do with it is build a car handles great and accelerates like a bat outta hell.

Well I would data log but the motor smoked like a chimney didn't fire on all 8 and the tranny slipped all the time then i tore it down. Could I build the motor, get a XFI Xtreme Comp Cam and get a chip made to fit it?

You can build it however you like with any cam as long as you have a local tuner to deal with, or learn to calibrate the chip yourself.
You can get chips by mail, but no guarantees if that's what you're asking.
It sounds like you have enough on your plate to just get the vehicle running correctly again without worrying about performance cams or chip calibration. Most tuners I know will not even work with a vehicle that has other problems besides needing a calibration.
