Help needed with external coil (buying a new one)

So I've got a f-body small diameter distributor as part of my swap from carb to EFI, and need to get a new external coil for it.

I've done some reading and it seems that these "e-core" ignition modules are really good... however the ones I've looked at on Summit have a similar appearance to the in-cap coils (and the description does not say if it's in-cap or not).

Anyone know any definitive parts numbers for a performance/upgraded external coil? Just want to make sure I'm getting the right thing.

Thank you!

Awesome! Thank you very much!! For some reason I thought they were just wacky in-coil ones.

Must be looking at the wrong ones.
Factory small cap coil is as linked above ; has provision for the two factory harness plugs .
Coil in cap style coil has 3 wires

Note
you only need the OEM style coil if using OEM small cap connectors on harness.
Can use any suitable coil if you change terminations
