how to make more power!!

HEY!! 3RDGEN. i have a 89 gta l98motor.

1.l98block stock pistons,stock crank, all stock fresh rebuild. 3000k on rebuild
2.vortec heads with stock valve train. aluminum heads.
3.hsr intake manifold, lt1 stock cam. svo 24lbs injectors.
4.msd ingnition, accel super street wires, mallory dizzy.
5.327 rear, with a t5 tranny.
it also have a mail order tune. but its not enough!!
i was wondering if i retune with a different tune and some dyno time.
will i be able to make close to 300rwhp?? i am a noob to the f-body scene.
any help oe advice would be helpfull..

I'm a little confused: Vortecs or aluminum heads? Anyways, a real time tune is worth it's weight in gold. There are folks out there can that come real close just by a good description but there's no substitute for data logging.
BTW, I believe 300 RWHP is easily reachable w/that basic set up.

how much hp do u have now? You should already be there or close.

cam lift is 440 and vortec steel heads

You definitely are right around 300hp at the crank. If you want more power you need a bigger cam, and with those Vortecs you are going to half to mod them to accept more lift. Or if you don't want to break into the engine, Nitrous or a Super Charger is the way to go.
