surging, stalling, rough idle, running rich.

Well I have all the problems listed above.

I've just spent a year rebuilding this car

I've put a new module, plugs, caps, rotors, it has bosch III injectors, new fuel pump and fuel filter, INtake gaskets, vacuum lines, pretty much everything, the only things that are not new are the tps, iac valve, distributor.

last night I was revving the motor it and the tach was kinda wobbly Makes me believe the distributor is going out.

How do you ohm plug wires?

Get a voltimeter and set it to ohm. Then connect the ends and note the value.
