Which silicone adaptor to replace stock TB to MAF.

Basically as the title says, I found a website http://www.siliconeintakes.com/ that sells these silicone fittings and for 10-20 bucks I'd like to remove the stock ribbed rubber connection and replace it with a smooth one, especially because mines ripped and half hazardly patched up and i just can't justify a 40-60 dollar airfoil when the crappy stock ribbed connection sits right before it. What I want to know is what size will tightly fit the oval end of the TB to the circular end of the MAF sensor. Also, has anyone made a custom cold air intake for tpi that would like to chime in? I'm thinking about making one myself but I would like to see a tried and true intake that is worth the money. Pictures would be awesome, I've seen some on hear but new ideas are always welcome.
