Re: Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
Don't know about the best but the Holley unit is by far the easiest to adjust when installed

Re: Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
Holley is the easiest one to use. No trying to get a small open end wrench under the plenum to turn the adjusting bolt. Not to mention the clearance issues because of the adjusting bolt on top of the regulators. Just turn the dial by hand on the Holley.
Re: Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
One word of caution on the Holley ones. Don't know if the issue has been resolved recently, but the Holley regulators have been known in the past for the diaphragm rupturing really easily. It's a shame too because, as said above, the **** makes them really easy to adjust. The housing on them is really nice too. I have a Holley one, but I chickened out on using it due to the above issue of the diaphragm rupturing prematurely. I ended up using the Crane unit on mine, and even though it uses the bolt instead of a ****, I still have enough clearance to adjust it even with the Super Ram intake. I'd suggest either the Crane unit, or the BBK one. Btw, the Crane one requires re-using your stock diaphragm. I think the BBK units come with a new diaphragm. Of course it's not too expensive to buy a new replacement diaphragm from any parts store.
