1989 GTA 5.7 Fuel pump assembly

I dropped my tank and removed my old rusty assembly. Want to replace whole assembly and pump with a new one.

Any suggestions on where to purchase one?

Thanks man.

Any suggestions on which one, the Doorman or the A/c delco? Is it worth the cost difference do you think?

Re: 1989 GTA 5.7 Fuel pump assembly

I'd personally go with the Delco. They generally last longer than others. I personally don't like changing pumps any more than I have to.

Airtex are junk. Unless you get veeeeery lucky..

I would stick w delco, unless you plan on some mods grab a pump from http://www.racetronix.com/

Re: 1989 GTA 5.7 Fuel pump assembly

My ZR-1 has two airtex pumps and they have worked great since 1999 when I installed them. The A/C delco pumps do have a good track record though.
