What cam should I use?

Car: '89 Camaro RS convertible
Engine: 5.7 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 4.10
What cam should I use?
I just had a shop rebuild my 350 TPI with the stock heads, cam, and crank. Now I have low oil pressure and they think my cam bearings are bad so there going to take it apart again. While its apart should I change the cam or anything else? If so what cam should I go with and would I need a custom computer chip for it?
