Confuse, article very interesting. But how did they exactly made the TPI ran that high? just turn up the timing 26* lol?

Yea, Facebook was spamming me. The article popped on my facecrap yesterday but I Didn't realize this was from '06 until after I did more research.

Motor makes some good power, even with the lower power band. Still starts running out after 5 grand tho.

With all that torque and the 2.73-3.23 gears that came in these cars along with the 1,600 rpm stall torque converter and 5, 200 rpm upshifts who cares. Put that power to the ground and run low 12s all day and deep into the 11s on a small shot.
