FIXED: FPR flange install?
Just removed the FPR for losing PSI at Key on. Well it was really gunked up inside the seat probably never fully seated.
The black top came off with the diaphram then a flat beveled round flange fell off. It mates to the black top but I am unsure where it goes? Does it sandwich between the diaphram and rest on the fuel rail ?

The collar goes over the the black cop as reinforcement to tighten down
