Thinking About a Cam

I was thinking about putting a nice cam into my 87 lb9 and I would like to know what would be the best one to get the best out of my motor

i went with the crane 2032 for mine, lots of people say its an older style cam which is a bit more mild than other choices out there. i chose this one cuz i didnt need to do any valve work to my already $1000 brand new heads.

Are valve springs needed with 2032 cam and stock heads? And if yes which ones?
