Cant get TPI to run right

Hello Everyone. Bought a 86 Iroc the other day did not run at all when I got it...oh BTW 305 TPI first problem was ECM was not sending power to fuel pump relay...unplugged it and plugged it back in and I started getting power have not had that issue since...car runs but sounds like its running on 6...lumpy and no power...changed fuel filter no help...fuel pressure at rail about 46 drops to 39 at idle...all injectors at about 17 OHMs...pulled the plugs and #4 and#5 were fouled...changed plugs have not noticed anything on new plugs...don't have a vacuum pump to properly test MAF but had 5 volts with key on and dropped to about 1.6 when running so it is doing something...also hear ECM take a second to make up difference when I unplug while car is running...car came with new wires cap rotor...pulled all wires to check for breaks...starting to run out of ideas...still kinda new to the TPI game so any help is much appreciated. One other thing to note...I have not been able to get the car to throw any codes...seems odd to me.

is it running rich? I find that the MAF and the MAF power and burn off relays can do what you describe.a word of advice, do not even THINK about going to auto zone for ANY parts. do not buy a re-man MAF .if you need one get it NEW. stay far,far away from "cardone" parts.if you need part numbers, I got them.and no codes!! is the bulb any good? does the CEL come on when you have the ign switch on?i suspect your injectors,yes they ohm right BUT they may be clogged.if the car sat for over a year. its a good possibility.
