TPI Ram air?

I'm just spitballing at this point but has anyone looked into the logistics of flipping the stock tpi filter cover upside down and running the pig snout Pontiac style ram air hood functionally?

Re: TPI Ram air?

i had an 87 IROC with hawks third gen ram air boxes. you cut out the center of your current air boxes and fasten aluminum boxes that grab air from behind the factory fog lights. at idle you could hear the air being sucked in. i generally liked them. i've hear of people using flexible dryer vent tubes too. but your idea sounds cool too hopefully it works for you
