Brodix, afr, dart, edelbrock and world products are all good choices.
Mostly just stay away from procomp, generic and anything else that seems too good to be true.

What's your budget? What cam? What intake? (assuming stock TPI?) ...any other mods? Are you going to have it tuned? Asking what heads is like saying I'm hungry, what should I eat? LOL

"...is like saying I'm hungry, what should I eat?" Without mentioning you're a recently converted vegetarian, who is diabetic and allergic to nuts, wheat, gluten, and dairy.

....but all kidding aside, assuming you're putting the 350 in front of a 700r4, I think the single biggest thing you can do for performance is a better/higher stall converter. ....maybe gears in the rear if you have super tall 2.73/2.77 gears right now. ....as for the engine, the FIRST mod would be headers and a good catback. ....I think most people would agree with that. If you've already got that done, then ya really have to put together a plan and a budget. There's no way to take a stock L98/350 as it stands, and buy a set of heads you'll be happy with. Heads need a cam, both need an intake, and they all need tuning. All three really need to work together even if they're not the best, biggest, and baddest. A system will always work better than the single best set of heads with a small cam and stock intake.

Nothing wrong with wanting more power!
There's a lot you can do without ever touching the engine. I think of all the mods I've done, the two biggest/most satisfying mods were adding a 2200 rpm stall converter to my 700r4, and then of course swapping in a t5 manual a few years later. I also really liked swapping gears from 2.77 to 3.27.
As for the engine, swapping in a stock L98 is certainly a good start, and no reason not to look into upgrades before you drop it in. ....but as I said, you have to have a budget/goal in mind. The stock cam is small, the heads don't flow well, and the manifold is restrictive. Ultimately power is all about getting as much air IN the engine as possible, then getting the exhaust OUT. So imagine each piece like a hose, and right now, each piece of hose is 1" in diameter. If each part is upgraded to 3" hose, you'll get a LOT more air in, and it's a BIG upgrade.-but only replacing ONE section of hose to 3", still leaves the rest of the parts at 1", and it'll restrict flow. Not saying new heads or a new cam, or a new intake won't help at all, but nowhere near where it'd be if they all done together. ...that being said, a lot of us can't afford to do it all right away, so it's ok to not do it all at once.
So where to start? All depends on how much power you want, and how much money you have. Once you've got those nailed down, or at least a basic idea...then start looking which parts. All parts worth using, at SOME point, are going to require OTHER parts to make them work. A $2000 dollar set of cnc'd AFR heads is almost worthless without a cam, intake, tuning, exhaust, etc. etc., so it really does need to be looked at like a system.
If it were me? Get the 350 swapped in as it is. You'll have enough headaches without worrying about how your upgrades might effect things. You'll learn a LOT!
