Poor gas mileage FROM HELL

Title says it all. I am getting very bad MPG in my car. I only get about 7-9 mpg. My car only has about 80k miles on it, and i am the 3 owner. She seems to be stock but it has a little more get up and go then i would expect out of it. Now, I checked the #1 plug and it looked fine (that's what everyone has told me to do). The car idles fine at about 1k (more like 900ish). The car is also not throwing any idiot lights. Not sure what to do from here.

That's way too high. Try resetting the iac and set the tps. And look for vacuum leaks or a sticking egr valve.
