I'm not the best at decifering datalogs but have you changed injectors? Maybe to a different brand? I'm sorta stabbing in the dark but injector PW v battery voltage values maybe different enough to cause an issue, in which case you'll need to change it in the PROM.

Understandable, but injectors were replaced and did not change anything from the Original injectors on the motor.
