quick cam suggestion.
hey guys, a friend of mine has an 86 IROC and he is puttin in a 355 with stock heads. he is gonna run stock intake, runners, and 19LB injectors, and a stock 305 chip. what cam should he run for best performance

Something around 204/212 ( @.050 ) with a lift no greater than .465/.488.
Assuming this is a roller motor? Summit sells a cheap TPI cam.
I dont have the PN infront of me but if you call they should have it.
SLP also makes a decent roller cam for mild 350s, I think its 51002
or something to that effect. Its like a 208/212.
If you go with a greater duration, and higher lift you'll loose horesepower, not gain.
