Start at the basics. Does it have fuel pressure, does it have spark? If it has both of those, are the injectors getting power and ground to fire?

You can use a test light to make contact with both terminals on the injector pigtail but there is a tool called a noid light. They are available to rent at parts stores. You take the pigtail off an injector. Connect the tool to the pigtail. Crank the engine. If the light blinks then the injectors are being told to fire.

Just buy injectors. They are for sure bad after that long.

If it sat for 13 years with no maintenance it will defiantly need more than injectors.
Results on the injector confirmation?
