How do you know for sure you have spark?
If these cars are like the trucks, then the oil pressure sensor must read a good pressure otherwise it wont power the fuel pump after the prime when you try to start. Are you sure you are full on oil?

I suspect that the fuel pump is not the right one , parts shop gives me this 305 1991 caprice classic saying all are the same , maybe the pressure is not enough.. with note that after it fire up very well , than second day it wont again.

A 91 caprice with a 305 was a TBI, so your TPI would be getting max 15 psi.
From what I have read here, a TPI needs around 30 to at least idle, and 40-45 to be able to drive properly. The unit I put on my truck came set at 45. I havent yet measured the car but I would assume its around the same.
