Fuel Pump Replacement?
Fuel Pressure is at 40psi with ignition switch on and it drops to Zero PSI fast. When engine is running PSI stays at 35 and when I idle it jumps to 41psi.
Symptom that car has is that it stalls for a couple of seconds when I hit the throttle then it picks up. Could it be a bad fuel pump or should I rule out any other parts?
Thanks.

When you say it stalls for a couple of seconds when you hit the throttle, does it do it when cold or when warmed up (or both)?

Well dropping PSI immediately after the pump turns off is concerning. Its probably running rich but having scan data would be nice. You should try and find out where the fuel is going when pump is off. Here's a pretty good demo of how to do it, but you can come up with your own way.
