Weird breathing

Weird breathing
Hi. Wasn’t sure where to post this but I have an 88 iroz standard 305. So this happens maybe 5 minutes after driving. I took a video when I put it in neutral. Might have to turn the sound. Any ideas what’s the problem? Can I still drive it in the meantime ?
