I got to hear my 406TBI rap on the Engine stand dyno gizmo.


542hp@6570rpm.

583Ftlb@5,150rpm.

it idles nice and choppy....


transmission is also about done.....

I can't wait to Drive this fine beast!!!!!

Wow great numbers. I take it you are using a 4BBl TBI set-up?

Well guy's i was going to run the dual 4bbl holley comander 950 set up.
then i end up with a 1000cfm single 4bbl MPI with 8 injector's.

So do you have any final dyno numbers other than the ones in your first post. That motor sounds really mean. Can't wait to see some times from that beast.

i don't have any chassie dyno run's yet but it will all come in time .....I hope.

this Damn!! thing has been an on going project sence december 2002.

but i'm hopping to be completely done by summer 2005.

the $-) isn't flowing is fast as i'd like ...

I'm not trying to start anything here but your not running a tbi system as your first statement implies. You have a mpfi like you stated in your second post. The number of bores in your throttle body is not important when you are running an mpfi system, just the cfm it's capable of flowing.

Anyway, nice setup. Doesn't matter to me what you use for induction as long as the power is where you want it to be. I'm just a little envious :hail: .

YEAH GUY'S IT'S THE MPI SYSTEM i'M SPRRY i HAD THE dUAL tbi ON THE 350 DESIDED NOT TA RUN IT ON THE 406 YOU KNOW NEW ENGINE NEW SETUP..... MY BAD.
