305-350 conversion questions
I am in the process of converting my 305 TPI firebird to a 350. I am planning on using the LT4 hot cam and stock 350 heads. What upgrades should I also make? I am on a limited budget and don't need to screw up. I have an adjusable fuel pressure regulator and a 52mm throttlebody. I figure I will need a custom prom at some point, but I have to wait on that. I read that I need to use the 350 knock sensor and memcal, can I get the memcal from GM or do I have to get one from another car?Any help is appreciated.

Don't forget the bigger injectors. MEMCAL isn't so important if you burn your own PROM, or get one burned for you. The MEMCAL just holds the "limp home" information, and the 305 MEMCAL will be perfectly adequate for that.
