RPM's climb but power doesn't Ideas??

OK I just dropped a 350 TPI into my 89' RS and have gotten everything fine tuned and running smooth. What I am running into now is I have a great amout of power and toruqe up to about 3500 RPMs but any higher and there doesn't seem to be any more power past that it just levels off. I am kind of new to motor moding so forgive me if this seems silly. What I was thinking was maybe I need to adjust my fuel pressure (it's all stock) even thought the power leveling out doesn't always happen at full open throttle maybe a aftermarket eprom?? Here is what i've done so far...
350 TPI, MSD 6AL, MSD 8.5 wires, Bosh platium plugs, SLP intake runners, K&N iar filters, airfoil, ported pendulem, removed MAF screens, full 3" exaust with free flowing cat and muffler.

I would for sure get an adjustable fuel regulator. and a eprom wouldn't hurt either. but I would look into doing it yourself. also do you have headers? bump up your timing about 3 or 4 degress also. and also the thing what would help the most to getting higher rpms would be a camshaft.

Great ideas I didn't think about a cam. No headers yet. Any more?
