87 camaro tps sensor set at .54 idle position, full throttle only gets to 3.66 have 5.0 volts reference. the sensor will go to 4.2 if I use my finger to max it out but the throttle wide open only gets to 3.66 then hits the stop.any help appreciated thanks Mike

 

I had this problem with a brand new ACDelco. Bad right out of the box. Returned it and got another.
