How does one Remove the Tuned Port Injection Badge/Plate on the Engine?

I have a custom painted badge I'd like to replace the standard TPI plate on my 5.7L Trans AM GTA; however, having undone the 6 Alan bolts on the existing badge, it still doesn't want to come loose as something appears to be holding it at the top. Other than the 6 bolts that can be seen by looking down at the badge, what needs to be removed to remove the badge?

It’s just the 6 torx bolts. Use a screw driver to pry it off.

Its just the old gasket still doing its job. It will pry off.

Thanks, a friend told me the same. I was surprised to hear that the badge was an integral part of the air intake so presumably I'll need a new gasket when I put the new one on right? If so, where could I get one or what should I look for?
