Code 22 91z28 350tpi

Hello all, having a code 22 with my l98 z28 ecm is new and has the horrifying code 22 checked with my modis and has No voltage reading from the tps the tps looks like it’s been replaced by previous owner the result of this code is giving me no throttle response even with the tps is unplugged any guidance would be great

Upon probing the grey wire with a test light I do have power coming from the 5v volt reference are the pigtail/ connectors known to go bad ?the pin for the tps signal is broken inside the connector

You can repin on a connector. Teter than splicing.
