i found 2 grounds that are spliced together they go to the tps and the cts sensors should these have seprate grounds i cant get a good reading on the multi meter should i split the wire and connect them seprate thanks

Disconnect the tps and turn the key on. Check the grey wire. Should be a solid 4.5-5v.
if it’s fluctuates sounds like a bad ecm. If it’s solid and voltage fluctuates on the blue wire while plugged in to the tps the tps would be bad.

Best way is to see gps in a datalog but search Vader’s latest posts for checking with a vom
