Injectors for boosted e85 car
Started to build my car to run turbos and e85 with TPI (L98), goal is 500 whp. I think I've heard of people doing ls3 injectors at higher fuel pressure, but can't find the old posts. Anybody have any idea on how I should go about this? I know I have to get a new fuel pump anyways, so I have no problem raising my fuel pressure on the rails. I'm going to be running a standalone ECM. Thanks!

Siemens 80 lb should do it. Might beable to stretch a siemens 60 to get there at 58 psi base pressure instead of 43
running less pressure helps fuel pumps tho
you’ll need twin 255 pumps or possibly the big single 525 lph walbro. A single 450 may get close

I personally wouldnt use offbrand china injectors but you can try
60 lbs is 60 lbs, it should cover your goal the more i look into it. All depends how efficient the motor is. 60’s seem to support 500’s whp on e85 but getting up there on duty cycle

Re: Injectors for boosted e85 car
Yea I really meant any kind of LS3 injector, I don't know if I want to chance it with those. I found a injector chart, and I see the stock Bosch injectors and LS3 injectors are the same ring diameter, but the LS3 injectors are taller. Do you think I could still make the fuel rail fit fine with the taller injectors?
But either way for now, mainly because of my curiosity and also wanna be careful on spending money left and right, I'm gonna see how far I can get on stock injectors and fuel pump running 93 before I start leaning out to much, which I doubt will be far but whatever, then I'll get the new injectors/pump, not that they're much money anyways.
