New rebuild Issues need some outside opinions

Hello everyone! I've ran into an issue on a new TPI rebuild. My 1987 IROC had a 305 tpi in it. Installed a rebuilt 350 that's stock, but with vortec heads. I put in a hypertech chip for a 350 into the ecm and installed a 350 knock and 350 injectors to go with it. Upon start up the for the break in period the car ran and sounded great but couldn't get it to idle. Finally played with the TPS and the car started try to idle somewhat. After about 40 mins the car just died as if it ran out of fuel. Since that moment the car can only run if i put my foot on the pedal to try and get rpm's around 2500, but wont idle for crap or misfires. Have fouled out one set of plugs already and replaced because of it running super rich and missing. I've been throwing code 22 and 33 as soon as the car starts. I replaced the TPS because i couldn't get it to stay consistent or go over 3.6 volts WOT. Checked the harness and i have the 5 volt ref. and ground. new TPS sensor stays consistent at idle .54, but it wont even go over 3.2 volts at WOT. code is for TPS low voltage Also have the MAP code though this is a MAF so its for that item. The code for it is low voltage. So what is the forums opinion on this. Over all symptoms are running rich, sounds like its missing and really rough idle if it does. Appears to have spark on all cylinders. I'm afraid the ECM or that chip i put into it went to crap. Any ideas would be appreciated.
