TPI WIRING HARNESS

Hello, i have a 1989 Iroc-z with the 5.7L. I purchased this as a project. the previous owner removed the TPI set up. And completely butchered the wiring harness. i have a harness from a 90 TPI set up but i’m not sure if this will work. any info on this would be greatly appreciated

Re: TPI WIRING HARNESS

You'd need the ECM as well since they use diffrent setups.... that ans a MAP sensor and I think a few other sensors as well...I THIN kthe plenum might also be different.

you will need a 90-92 ecm, whatever sensors you maybe missing for a speed density(I don't know what you got for a setup) and possibly some repinning of the c207 and c100 connectors. Check that link to see harness diagrams for the 2 applications.
if you're using the cars original plenum then you'll need to add one vacuum port, and there's no mounting boss for the map sensor.
