Parking Brake Control Assembly

Hi. I have problem with parking Brake Assembly.

When i drive EQUALIZER is vibrating and hiting drive shaft. Is my cable too lose? or is there suposed to be a spring to retain equalizer from hitting drive shaft? Can anyone post me a picure of thier assembly on the car? When i disassembled mine there was 1 spring but in the manual is not mentioning about spring.

Re: Parking Brake Control Assembly

In my car (1986), equalizer & first brake cable is the same that your picture: it goes from hole in chassis to cable support to equalizer to 2 brake cables to guides (10 in your picture). No vibration, no hiting, no spring. Check again.
