Vortec heads, 6492 cam, TPI
For the engine combo gurus… how wel do you think this setup would run… 6492 cam, vortec heads, TPI on a 88 L98. I just might have all the parts to throw this combo together. Is it worth a try?

Specs on cam? You'll need a lower intake designed for vortec bolt pattern to use a stock TPI setup on vortec heads.

Should run good. The SD Vortec intake will need some porting around the injector bosses and I would use larger diameter runners and a set of headers.
