TFS-89024 - Trick Flow® TFX™ Fuel Injectors - Will it fit OEM manifold?

Hello folks,

short question, does anybody know the length of the OEM 1988 injectors (Bosch 3 for example)?
I want to buy the following injectors but Im not sure about the exact fitment.

https://www.summitracing.com/parts/tfs-89024

OEM Replacement:
No
Injector Advertised Flow Rate (lbs./hr.):
24 lbs./hr.
Injector Advertised Flow Rate (cc/min.):
255.0cc/min.
Injector Plug Style:
Jetronic/Minitimer
Injector Body Style:
EV1
Injector Impedance:
14.4 ohms
Driver Type:
12V saturated circuit
Overall Height (in.):
2.880 in.
Seat to Seat Height (in.):
2.270 in.
Manifold O-Ring Outside Diameter (in.):
0.573 in.
Fuel Rail O-Ring Outside Diameter (in.):
0.574 in.
Outside Diameter (in.):
0.943 in.
Wiring Harness Included:
No
O-Rings Included:
Yes

When they mean no OEM replacement, does it relate to the flow rate of 24lb/hr? Or do they mean the length? The measurements were given but I cant compare to an OEM injector yet. Hope you guys can clear me up

Greetings,

Chris

I have a friend using trick flows, they can’t provide voltage offsets. Might consider access Holley has data .

99% sure they fit the manifold.
Agreed with Tuned, you'll want the voltage offset data. Accels provide this online. Cheaper too.

Thanks for your answer guys. Could you explain that? What is meant by voltage offset? The PW vs. Battery voltage??

Just because they flow the same at 43.5psi not all injectors act the same . You will need to tune flow rate and offsets before you refine fueling. A lot more on this topic in the diy tuning and tuning guide

To tune flow rate is clear for me but not offset. I will read myself more into this. But besides the tune, those injectors could fit physically and seal?

Can you recommend another brand of injectors? For example, what would be the differences between those trickflow and the Delphi 24lbs southbay provides?

Greetings,
Chris

https://www.holley.com/products/fuel...e/parts/150824

Go down to technical specs and the time vs voltage graph is in there.

Okay, so you convinced me to buy the new Accel 150824 since they are the newer modell with less trouble and the southbay are way more expensive and their 10% wont work for paypal orders outside of USA.
Question about the injector offsets:

Can I change the old values in the slot "injector pulse width correction vs battery voltage" with the new ones from the table accel is providing? Im asking cause of the units "usec added" the "u" stands for micro or milli seconds? Cause the values in the bin file are greater than the values in the accel table. Because of that im thinking its micro seconds and the other milli?

Msec is a millisecond, usec is a microsecond.
https://www.timecalculator.net/milli...o-microseconds
That makes it extra easy to convert and plug in the number to the table.
